Comments: This glider is in good condition. I replaced a bent leading edge since it was first listed for $850. That price reflected the fact that it had a turn. Comments: Pacific Airwave Vision Mark IV, about 190 size, late 1980's. White top with black leading edge, orange bottom with a black rear stripe. No reason to worry about the year; gliders of this genre haven't really changed all that much. Better than average condition, a few cuts/scuffs on the nosecone. About 30-something hours, layed in a garage for a long time. Carefully tuned (very little neccessary) by an experienced former factory sailmaker and test pilot, flies cleanly, quietly without any wrinkles or flutters, goes up like a balloon. Includes Glidemaster wheels that are unneccessary; it's absurdly easy to land. This is big piece of pumpkin chocolate cake, an ideal cheap first glider for someone hooking in over 200 pounds. $1000. Wills Wing Z-3 harness, all black, sized for a 5'-11" to 6'-0", 180 to 190 pounder. Has 2 spreaders and 3 or 4 suspension points per side, depending on how you prefer to rig it. Full internal storage, except the parachute, which is chest buckle hinge mounted. Absolutely clean with a fresh front zipper. Includes a large backpack style gear bag. $300. Parachute is a High Energy Quantum 440, the current model, large size, 2 years old, repacked twice, will include a fresh repack. $500. Finsterwalder Charley Insider helmet, white, Euro size 59/60, medium large. New, barely tried it on. $150. Harness, parachute and helmet, $700. Flytec 4010 instrument deck, with mounting clamp. Grey 2000 model, basically identical to the current blue one. New, unscratched, so little used that the original batteries are still strong. $350. I got all this for a professional buddy, taught him to fly, but he ended up going back to sailplanes. This is a perfect, cheap clean, complete equipment set-up for someone just getting into it. If you stick with it, about the only thing you'll probably eventually outgrow and sell is the wing, everything else is a keeper. $2000 takes everything.
